Occam’s Roster

Former McKinsey consultant Duncan Larkin founded Occam, Inc in 2026. He brings with him over 25 years of experience serving clients in the Learning and Development technology, Supply Chain, and Talent Management industries.

Duncan is the recipient of the 2024 McKinsey Innovation Olympics gold medal (AI transformation) and is a former Army Ranger and West Point graduate.

Prior to McKinsey, he spent time leading SAP Implementations at Lockheed Martin and was a senior supply chain manager at IBM.

Duncan is a published author, having written four books including Run Simple, which espoused the similar concept of simplicity in fitness that he offers clients in the business world.

When he’s not with clients, Duncan likes to spend his time with his family in Philadelphia and creating art.
